Ordering

Corporate accounts are welcome. Please contact us for an application. We accept Purchase Orders and Government/Military Credit Cards.

Shipping

Rest assured we make every effort to process your order the same day it is received. We usually ship stock items within 3 – 5 days unless otherwise noted in the product description. Some custom orders do take about 2 weeks to process, please contact us for more information.

We ship most products anywhere in the United States free of charge using FED-EX, UPS GROUND SERVICE or USPS. Large quantities or heavy items may ship via freight.

Returns

We strive to ensure that you will be completely satisfied with your order. In the rare event that there is a problem, please call our customer service department at 1-800-693-2258 as soon as possible. Stock items can be returned in the original, unopened package if you contact us within 2 business days of receiving your order. Some items may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Custom orders including message flags, string pennants, design-your-own, and custom printed items are not returnable.
